About Us
Caring Neighbors Health Care Center, a NJ Nonprofit Corporation (CNHCC) was founded by a group of concerned neighbors to create
an out patient medical facility in Salem County that would provide access to high quality free
healthcare for individuals who are currently uninsured and do not have access to such care.
MissionThe mission of the CNHCC is to understand and to serve the health and wellness needs of our medically underserved neighbors. CHNCC will provide quality, personal, respectful and culturally competent care in an environment where neighbors help others and where community volunteers will find a rewarding opportunity to give their time and energy.Vision StatementCNHCC will become the place where medically needy and those who wish to help them will come together to give and to receive care, supporting healthy, happier and more productive lives for all. |
